"When it works, it's great. When it doesn't, it's awful. The setup of the bulbs is incredibly complicated and god forbid a visitor accidentally use the light switch. It will wipe out connections at random and I'm stuck using the the switch until I set aside an hour to reconnect the lights to my wifi, IF I can reconnect them to my wifi. Right now, I cannot reconnect them for whatever reason. I've followed every troubleshooting step. What a worthless product and app."

"I've had WiFi bulbs for years with this app and haven't had any notable issues or problems. On occasion it's been a little buggy, but nothing that wasn't easily resolved. I've used other apps I didn't care for, but I like this one so much that when I purchase new WiFi enabled lights, I purposely try to buy products that use this particular app. It's easy to use and has options other apps don't offer."
